Warren’s system is the only structurally enhancing epoxy product on the market that can be spray applied at 500 mils in a single coat, including spraying overhead. When applied at a design thickness of 500 mils on concrete, this monolithic corrosion barrier functions as a structural bonded liner that structurally reinforces aging infrastructure and can also be combined with carbon fiber or fiberglass for additional structural capacity.

The Top 6 Benefits

1. Structurally enhancing, single coat, high build system rehabilitates severely deteriorated concrete structures and provides a quick return to service.

2. High adhesion to concrete substrates even in high humidity environments, preventing damage to the substrate.

3. Single coat system eliminates the high risk of multilayer delamination and offers significant schedule and labor savings over multicoat systems.

4. Can save the need for total replacement of reinforced concretes systems that still have some structural value and are partially deteriorated.

5. Efficient application with non-hazardous epoxy products allows various trades to work safely simultaneously, resulting in significant schedule savings for owners.

6. Available in an NSF 61/600 approved version for potable water applications—NSF and Water Quality Association approved to ANSI Standard 61.
